Start your first step as a trainer in Düsseldorf!
This course is the first course to become a trainer. To teach as an Apprentice you will need to take 2 courses and to become a certified trainer you will need to take 4 courses. I can help you with your studies and advise you on how to become a trainer. Dates can be flexible upon consultation, so if you are interested, please contact me via WhatsApp or email. If you have never done GYROTONIC before, you will need to take a few lessons with me beforehand.
About Pre-Training course 6 days, 5 hours a day for a total of 30 hours.
